It’s not surprising that, after four days of sitting in my booth at New York Gift surrounded by my work, these shapes started appearing in my paintings:
Yes, I’m a true acrylic convert! I’ll still always love oil, but for the abstracts I have floating around in my head, acrylic is much easier to work with!
Now that’s what I’m talking about. I love that you found inspiration in one art and carried over to another. I’ve been trying to capture my design side in my traditional art for awhile with little success. Perhaps I’ve been going at it a little too literally. Nice work,
