When it comes to wardrobe staples, for me, there’s nothing better than a chunky cardigan. I’m not sure exactly how many I own, but it’s safe to say that it’s an embarrassingly high number. But that’s really because they are the most versatile pieces in my wardrobe. A chunky cardigan is particularly great for making summery dresses work well into fall. (And by swapping the sandals for ankle boots, you could take this look even further into cool weather!) And while I don’t currently own a chunky cardigan with this kind of bold pattern, you can bet I’ll be adding one to my collection soon – it’s a great topper for basic black dresses!
