I debated whether I wanted to post this today, because I didn’t want to be THAT person who starts putting up Christmas decorations the minute Halloween is over. Especially since I’m not actually that big into Christmas. I just really like having more opportunities to wear my fancy clothes, since my everyday dress is anything but fancy. (And I know there are people who believe you should just wear your fancy clothes every day, but I’m pretty sure those people don’t spend their days welding steel, where there is a legitimate concern that I could burn a hole in my clothes at any moment.) So sorry/not sorry, because I might be posting a lot of fancy outfits between now and Christmas while I get excited for the days and events this season where I get to dress up!
PS. Since most days I’m not super fancy, I’m a big fan of statement necklaces that work as well with jeans and a t-shirt as they do with fancy party clothes.
